Hotel rooms have been set aside at Le Royal Méridien Hamburg for the nights of June 20-23, 2009. The room rates at Le Royal Méridien Hamburg are €155 for single occupancy or €185 for double occupancy. All prices include a breakfast buffet, access to Meridien's wellness paradise, refreshment centre as well as 19% VAT as applicable by law. Reservation requests for nights pre/post June 20-23 will be made on a space available basis and if possible, at Sun's reduced rate.

Check-out time is at 12:00 pm and check-in time after 3:00 pm. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available. In order to guarantee a room for your arrival before 3:00 pm, the night prior to arrival has to be reserved.
